What should I wear to a Pilates class?
Comfortable, stretchy clothes you can move freely in. Grippy Pilates socks are nice for reformer and mat classes but optional.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself and some water. You're welcome to bring your own mat for yoga and mat classes — and don't sweat it if you forget, we have extras.
Is Pilates suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We offer classes for all levels, and your instructor will guide you with adjustments and alternatives so it always meets you where you are.
How often should I take classes?
For the best results we recommend 2–3 times a week — that's the sweet spot for building strength and flexibility over time. But any movement is great movement.
