Mat Pilates uses your own body weight to build core strength, flexibility, and control — the foundation of every Pilates practice. It's accessible, effective, and endlessly scalable, so beginners and seasoned practitioners can share the same supportive room.

Expect to leave taller, looser, and stronger through the center. Your instructor offers modifications and progressions so every body finds the right challenge.

Bring a mat if you have one — and don't sweat it if you forget, we have extras.
